This data publication provides national and regional annual aggregate statistics on public procurement spending and corruption risk indicators across 30 European countries (EU-27, Iceland, Norway, and Switzerland) for the period 2011–2025. The statistics are derived from above EU-threshold public tenders published at Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) and are available in two datasets: one at the country-year level and one at the region-year level. Key variables include the number and total value of contracts, the share of single-bidder contracts, the use of non-open procedures, absence of a published call for tender, and the share of contracts awarded to suppliers registered in tax haven countries. The accompanying methods note describes the data filtering, preparation, and aggregation steps, as well as the construction of each corruption risk indicator.
